Returns and Refunds Policy

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our hand-cast Jesmonite plant pots, candle holders, and trinket trays. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following return and refund policy:

  1. Returns: If you wish to return a product, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and we recommend that you use a secure and trackable method of shipping.

  2. Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will process a refund to the original payment method. The refund will be for the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

  3. Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the product to be returned to us and will either replace the product or process a refund, at our discretion.

  4. Change of Mind: If you change your mind about a purchase, we will offer a refund or exchange for the product, provided that it is returned in its original condition, with all packaging and tags intact. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, and we recommend that you use a secure and trackable method of shipping.

  5. Exceptions: We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product is not returned in its original condition, or if it is returned after the 14-day period.
